This compact home on the Northern beaches had great bones with cool 70's archways, a solid brick structure and loads of natural light.
The floorplan needed an update. By making some small changes in the kitchen/laundry area and by stealing space from the garage we achieved a large open plan kitchen/dining area AND an extra bedroom with shower room/laundry. Adding value with minimal expenditure 👌
This tweak also enabled us to add space to the master suite so that the wardrobe could be maximised. Who doesn't love extra wardrobe space? 🙌 With natural textures & neutral tones, the simplicity of the colour enhances the beauty of the textures and rugged elements.
